M2M2 has announced its first publicly available course for the ILM Level 5 qualification in Coaching and Mentoring, which will be held at the end of February.
The course will sit alongside a full range of open courses in coaching and mentoring including ILM Levels 3 and 7, which were launched last year, and other modules in coaching, leadership and management.
M2M2’s Joint Managing Director (Commercial), Tony Robinson, reported high interest in the course and rapid uptake of a limited number of places. He said: ‘The ability to deliver effective coaching and mentoring skills and programmes is generating increasing interest among organisations of all sizes and the individuals whose roles involve helping others achieve their very best performance.
‘Our public courses translate the mix of academic and personal development skills that have proven effective with organisations such as the British Army and NATO into an accessible and widely available form.’
