Analysing team and leadership success (PCS)
Different teams in the same company can have quite a different feel, atmosphere and output, and M2M2 uses the industry-leading Performance Climate System (PCS) to analyse and optimise this team ‘climate’ so we can help improve performance.

PCS is an online, survey-based tool based on established academic research and used by organisations in more than 20 countries around the world, including the BBC, Thomson Reuters and the NHS.
We offer this facility both to entire senior leadership teams and their own individual teams, to support our coaching interventions and measure their effect on clients’ performance.
